Common questions

Do I need GPS hardware to start?
No. Every part of FleetOps — assignment, cost centers, maintenance, compliance — works without any hardware. Connect a GPS provider later if you want live positions layered on top.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Moving from Starter to Business removes the 5-vehicle limit immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
How long does setup take?
Most workspaces are activated within one business day. Enterprise setups with SSO or data migration may take a little longer — we'll let you know timing when we follow up.
Where do I go to explore the product first?
